Our 30-Day Guarantee

If anything is wrong with your order, we replace it or refund it, and you keep the product.

Every request starts on our Returns & Exchanges page. Have your order number and email ready: it takes under two minutes, and you get an answer on the spot.

How it works

1. Something wrong with what you received? Damaged or defective item, wrong color or item, missing pairs: we make it right at no cost to you, and you never have to ship anything back. Choose a free replacement, or keep the product with a partial refund. A quick photo of the issue is all we need.

2. Changed your mind? Fit, style, ordered too many: within 30 days of delivery, keep the product and receive 50% of what you paid back in store credit instantly (up to $30, it never expires), or return it for a refund to your original payment method.

3. Order not shipped yet? We can still change colors, sizes, quantities or the delivery address, or cancel the order entirely for a full refund.

Returns, when you choose to send one back

• Available within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Socks are a hygiene product, so we cannot accept worn items.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are not refunded.
• Please request approval first on the Returns & Exchanges page. The return address is provided once your request is approved; parcels sent without approval cannot be matched to an order.
• Your refund is issued within 2 business days of the return arriving, and appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• Outside the United States (Canada, Australia, New Zealand): instead of a return, we offer 50% back in store credit while you keep your product. Cross-border return shipping costs more than the product itself, and we would rather you keep the value.

If tracking says delivered but you have nothing

Please check the porch, the mailbox, with anyone else at your address and with immediate neighbours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered slightly early. If it has not turned up within 3 days, tell us on the Returns & Exchanges page: we send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Cancellations

Free anytime before your order ships. Once it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee takes over.

Exchanges

Before shipment, we swap colors and sizes directly on your order. After delivery, keep your pack, take the store credit and order the right one: no waiting for a return to travel back.
